What counts as an action?
One completed task by your AI employee: an answered lead, a drafted reply, an updated CRM record, a sent report. Every AI employee includes 300 actions per month; extra actions are billed at $0.15 each.
What happens when I hit my monthly quota?
Your employee pauses new work, a soft stop; nothing breaks and nothing is lost. We notify you, and you can upgrade for more actions or wait for the quota to reset at the start of the next billing month.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. Your employee keeps working until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setting up your AI employee yourself is free. If you'd rather we do it, book a setup call: the done-for-you build, mapping your process, building and training your employee, connecting your tools, deploying it, is a one-time $299 to $499 depending on the role.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Your data stays private and isolated per company, and is used only to run your own employee. It's never used to train models and never shared with other customers.
When does my employee go live?
After you activate a plan, we finish the build and connect your tools. Most employees are live within the first two weeks, often sooner.
