Terms of service

What Jobr is

Jobr lets your business hire AI employees: software agents that do real work, drafting replies, qualifying leads and handling messages, on your instructions, inside the tools you connect. We build, run and maintain them. You direct and review their work.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you use Jobr for a company, on behalf of that company.

AI outputs: what you're agreeing to

AI employees generate content with large language models. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete or oddly phrased. That's why the default is human approval: nothing is sent to your customers until you approve it, unless you explicitly enable auto-send for a channel.

You review and approve outputs, or you knowingly enable auto-send and accept that some sends will go out without a human look. Either way, you are responsible for how AI outputs are used downstream: with your customers, your team and third parties. If an output looks wrong or harmful, you can report it in one click from the app and we review every report.

Your responsibilities

You keep your account credentials safe, you make sure you have the right to connect the accounts and data you connect, and you give your AI employee instructions that are legal and honest. You won't use Jobr to send spam, deceive people, harass anyone, infringe rights or break any law that applies to you.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, included actions and any overage rates are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay. You can cancel any time from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Don't use it to build a competing dataset, feed it content you have no right to use, or use AI employees to impersonate real people without disclosure. We may suspend accounts that put other customers, the public or the service at risk.

Termination

You can stop using Jobr and delete your account at any time by emailing contact@jobrco.com We can suspend or end accounts that violate these terms, after notice where practical. On deletion we remove your data as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and limits, in plain language

Jobr is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we don't promise any particular business result from an AI employee's work.

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For meaningful changes we'll give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Jobr after that means you accept the updated terms.

This is a plain-language template pending counsel review.
